2018 Concession Bid

The City of Prairie Village is currently accepting bids for the concession items listed in attachment “A”. Also included in attachment “A” is the first order from 2017; the first order in 2018 will be similar. Your company can expect restocking orders of various quantities to be made by telephone on a semi-weekly basis from mid-May through late August. In addition, the City is considering adding new items to its menu, specifically healthier options, so feel free to submit information on other items with your bid.
The successful bidder must offer competitive prices on all listed items and be able to deliver items within 24 hours from when the order is placed. You should enclose the following information in your proposal: company name, address, telephone number, and name of the contact person along with his/her contact information. You should also include ordering deadlines for next-day delivery, anticipated delivery times to our facility at 7711 Delmar, the company’s policy for return of damaged and/or incorrectly shipped items, unit prices, including at which quantity these unit prices apply, and a schedule of holidays and weekends when your company does not make deliveries.
Sealed bids must be received by the Assistant to the City Administrator no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 8, 2018. Bids should be addressed to:
