Great Activities All Day Long

The festivities will begin with a Pancake Breakfast (Adults $5/plate, children $4/plate supplied by Chris Cakes. Other activities throughout the day will include:

  • Headstrong for Jake Bike Rodeo - New bike helmets will be provided by the Jake Clough Headstrong Foundation for the first 250 registered participants. Registration Form.
  • Patriotic Service with NJROTC Color Guard and Patriotic Singer - Diane Robertson
  • Miller-Marley Dancers
  • Children's Parade
  • Mascots - KC Wolf, Sizzle, and Slugger
  • The Marching Cobras
  • Family Creativity Center
  • Petting Zoo and Pony Rides
  • Puppet Show
  • Clowns and Face Painters
  • Inflatable slides and obstacle courses
  • Displays and demonstrations by Police, Public Works, and Fire District #2
  • and LIVE MUSIC throughout the day

With construction at SM East High School, please make note of these areas for parking this year:

SM East lot accessible from 75th Street
Mission Road Bible Church, 7820 Mission Rd
Community of Christ Church, 7842 Mission Rd
Swimming Pool lot accessible from Delmar St
Limited parking at SM East lot accessible from Mission Rd

 

Free Swim for Prairie Village Residents
Prairie Village residents can also enjoy a free swim at the Prairie Village Pool.
