Below is a list of common construction projects that require permits. All construction permits must be obtained prior to the start of work.

Building Permits Reports

Want to know if remodeling or new construction is planned in your neighborhood?

A weekly Permits Report is available from the Codes Administration Department. This report will let you know when building permits are issued for residential and commercial construction projects in the City.

To view these reports, stop by the Municipal Offices 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.
