Tree Planting Information
The Prairie Village Tree Board has an approved list of trees that can be planted in the City. From small trees to large trees there is one that will be just right for your yard. Please check out the list of Approved Trees.

MEETINGS
The Tree Board meets the first Wednesday of every month at 6:00pm. Meetings are usually held at the City of Prairie Village Public Works Building located at 3535 Somerset Drive. For more information contact Suzanne Lownes at (913)385-4640.

Winterizing Your Yard Presentation with Question/Answer Session
The Prairie Village Tree Board will be having their Annual Fall Seminar on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at 7:00pm at the Prairie Village City Hall, 7700 Mission Road. Larry Ryan with Ryan Lawn & Tree is the scheduled speaker. This is a free seminar with helpful information on yard winterization and an opportunity for you to get answers about your yard issues.
