June 1, 2019 - 3:30 p.m. - The pool complex has closed due to severe weather. Update: 6 p.m. the pool has reopened.
May 28, 2019 - 5:00 p.m. - The pool complex has closed for the evening due to weather.
May 26, 2019 - 11:00 a.m. - The yard pool, the main swimming pool at the Prairie Village Pool Complex, remained closed this morning due to high chlorine levels. Other pools opened as scheduled. Update: The pool opened at noon.
