September 17 meeting to discuss changes to zoning regulations

The City will hold an informational meeting to discuss proposed updates to the City’s zoning regulations. The meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 17 in the Council Chambers at City Hall – located at 7700 Mission Road. The proposed changes include revisions to the zoning requirements for signs, alternative energy systems, wireless facilities, site plans, and special use/conditional use permits and a proposed new section for landscaping requirements on commercial properties.

The meeting will start with a presentation summarizing the proposed changes followed by an opportunity for Q&A.
