The City Council took the following actions at the March 3, 2025 regular meeting:
- Approved regular City Council meeting minutes – February 18, 2025
- Approved appointment of committee members
- Approved mattress removal and reuse agreement with Sleepyhead Beds
- Accepted the planning commission recommendation to make no further changes to R-1B guidelines at this time. Should staff, the city council, or the planning commission identify recurring issues in the future, they will be brought to the city council or planning commission for future consideration.
- Approved additional funding for the property tax rebate program
