- Approved expenditure ordinance #30543
- Approved expenditure ordinance #30554
- Approved a construction contract with Griggs Gutter and Construction, Inc. for the DRAIN-24Xstorm drainage repair program
- Approved a bid award for the 2025 tree trimming program
- Approved of revised Kansas Department of Transportation funding agreement for the Prairie Village “Safe Streets and Roads for All” project
- Approved reappointment of city treasurer
- Approved a bid award for 2026 newsletter printing and distribution services
- Approved of an agreement for historical consulting services to include researching and authoring a Prairie Village history book
- Approved of Bennett Park play equipment and surfacing (BG050002)
- Approved Ordinance 2510 - a waiver of the distance requirement for a drinking establishment within 200’ of a church
- Approved Ordinance 2509 - a special use permit for a brewery at 4000 W. 71st Street
- Approved Ordinance 2511 - a renewal of a special use permit for the service station at 3901 Tomahawk Road
- Approved 2026 City health, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short-term and longterm disability, EAP, flexible spending and COBRA administration providers, as recommended by the Insurance Committee
