Registration for the 2025 season opens at 8 a.m. on April 1. Registration will be available online by clicking the button to the right or in person at the City Clerk's office at City Hall during regular business hours.
Bridget Kelly will return as the 2025 Swim Team Coach.
The Prairie Village Piranhas Swim Team is open to youth ages 6 to 18. It is offered in both competitive and pre-competitive formats.
Swim Team Practices

Practices begin Wednesday, May 28. Practice times are daily, Monday - Thursday:

2025 Swim Team Fees

| Small group swim lessons | $60 for five 30-minute lessons |
Team fees, including fees for lessons not taken, are refundable up to one week after practice begins minus a $15 administrative fee.
Fees include:
- T-shirt and swim cap
- Friday Fun Days
- Personal and group curriculum and assessments
- Team awards banquet
- Access to semi-private instruction after practice (additional charge)
Swimsuit
Swim and Dive team members will be required to wear a black one piece swimming suit, of any brand, or the team swimsuit- see link here:
Swim Team Skill Improvement Lessons
Swim lessons are open to any youth participating on the Prairie Village Swim Team.
- Small group format
- Skill and technique development
- Packages of five 30-minute lessons for $60 per person
- Lessons are held Monday - Friday between 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
